INDONESIA KOPY LUWAK
The most precious coffee comes from Indonesia because of the way the beans are processed and its limited supply.
Civet cats after eating the ripest coffee cherries in the plantations, excrete them still intact but transformed by digestive enzymes. This gives Kopy Luwak a unique taste, with notes of liqueur, herbs and bitter orange and a hint of rhubarb.
