from Ethiopia to India and Indonesia: the sacks of raw coffee beans – Arabica and Robusta varieties from around the world – arrive in the shop "called"
from the coffee roaster that – drawing on knowledge and experience – will mix them by composing the inimitable blends of Hodeidah.
In addition to the mixtures, Arabica single plantations (Ethiopia, Guatemala Antigua Pastores and Maragogype and Colombia Supremo Merino) are also roasted;
some of which are amongst the most exquisite varieties in the world. These varieties of coffee can be considered as "little luxuries" from Puerto Rico,
Hawaii, Jamaica Blue Mountain and the precious Kopy Luwak from Indonesia.

FINE COFFEES
INDONESIA KOPY LUWAKThe most precious coffee comes from Indonesia because of the way the beans are processed and its limited supply. Civet cats after eating the ripest coffee cherries in the plantations, excrete them still intact but transformed by digestive enzymes. This gives Kopy Luwak a unique taste, with notes of liqueur, herbs and bitter orange and a hint of rhubarb.HAWAII KONA CAPTAIN COOKThis delicious coffee satisfies the most refined palates with its low acidity, characterized by a balanced taste and an intense and smooth aroma.JAMAICA BLUE MOUNTAINDescribed as "the champagne of coffee", it is grown in limited quantities in the area of Blue Mountains and protected in wooden barrels, like the rum.
